When our chapter is finished recruiting for the semester, our new members are enrolled in a fun educational program. During this eight-week program, members will learn about our national and local history and have endless opportunities to meet other sisters.
The New Member Education program is run by an older member who has been elected by the chapter. This year's New Member Educator is our sister Haley Wojtach. Haley is a Junior from Indianapolis, IN. She is studying Nursing!

During Initiation Week, new members will receive their big sister! All week long, new members will be showered with gifts from their big. At the end of the week, our chapter has Big/Little Reveal. Big/Little Reveal is always done in a new and unique way. Last year for example, bigs popped out of gift wrapped boxes to surprise their littles. A big/little pair will typically live together in our chapter facility the following fall. Hopefully, your big or little will end up being your lifelong friend.

Once a little receives a big, she is immersed into a family. A family consists of big, little, grand-big, twins, aunts and more. Some families are big and some are small. Families come in all shapes and sizes. But, all members are there to support you through your journey with GPhi.
